Brasserie Sixty6 on South Great Georges Street is one of central Dublin’s best restaurants, seating some 200 plus guests at full capacity.
KNK’s involvement with Brasserie Sixty6 dates from undertaking its original development as a new-build restaurant and extends through several extensions and concept re-developments. The restaurant environment continually evolves and KNK continue to facilitate its evolution as an inviting and attractive restaurant environment.
Somali House is an extensive redevelopment project, starting with a quirky hill-side cottage and creating a modern luxury executive home. The brief was to make the most of the hill-side location and its expansive views over Dublin bay, creating bright and airy living and reception spaces and achieving the highest possible standards with materials, fitout, and workmanship.
Somali presented a host of difficult engineering and building challenges to complete the project, including the house, the recreation amenities of a cinema, a gym, and lap pool, and the outdoor living spaces.
Copanacht is a small development of six architect-designed contemporary homes on a six-acre site in County Cavan.
Increasingly clients are looking to create leisure and working spaces in the gardens of their homes, thereby expanding their homes, making use of available space, and providing modern living and working environments suiting a host of purposes.
KNK’s customised garden constructions are designed to meet the exacting needs of clients, working with their practical requirements and the available space. The end results range from simple workrooms to self-contained office environments with appropriate amenities (e.g., toilets, storage areas). Each construction is built to the highest design and build standards, meeting high-end insulation requirements.
